The location was lovely.

They should update their decor a bit. It's a 4 star facility after all. Also ate at the restaurant at night and the food reallly wasn't good enough for that kind of rating. The drain in our shower was filthy (our toddler got in there and opened it) and very smelly. The bathroom smelt worse than a longdrop. The smell stayed there all day and night.

The location and spa facilities.

Room are not enough clean. Bath and toilet equipment are old and do not work properly. My girlfrend asked to change mattress, because it was not possible to sleep on it (very old). Nobody changed it. Furniture and curtains seem to be uncleaned for long time.

We spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options, and the rooms were clean and spacious. the hotel is situated in a peaceful area, with lovely nature views and a relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the wellness facilities, which were well-maintained and provided a relaxing escape.

The hotel staff could improve their English skills as communication was difficult at times. the prices were higher than expected, making it more challenging to find budget-friendly options in the surrounding area.

The recreation and relaxation area is excellent and the breakfasts are fantastic. The rooms are very good, clean, tidy and spacious with excellent bathrooms and fixtures.

We were allocated an excellent room with a balcony but there had been smokers in the room before us and the room really smelt bad - of course, the whole inside of the hotel is non-smoking so this was a real disappointment for us but the room was changed immediately and very cheerfully - but without a balcony. It was a minor thing and not the hotel#s fault - but the non-smoking signs were pretty clear!

The hotel staff were extremely attentive and friendly, providing impeccable room service and taking care of any requests I had. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. I also appreciated the lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The cleanliness was superb, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I was impressed with the location, close to the autobahn, yet still nestled in nature with nearby walking paths in the forest. The breakfast spread was phenomenal and the staff were cheery and readily available to assist.

Nothing, all amenities and services were great.

We stayed at a lovely hotel close to the autobahn, surrounded by nature. the forest beside the hotel was perfect for scenic walks, and we enjoyed watching deer from our room. the pool and spa were great and the included breakfast buffet was lovely. Our room was clean and comfortable, with unique features such as a waterbed.

The pricing strategy for optional extras could be clearer.

Had a wonderful Easter break at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the spa facilities were top-notch. Location was perfect for exploring the nearby area and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The room was spacious and clean with comfy beds.

We ended up paying extra for the use of certain facilities, which we found out upon checkout. Otherwise, a great stay!
